Terms of Use

By using this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. All merchandise sold herein is sold "AS-IS"

2.Warranty
Warranty for any item is stated for that item. If a warranty is not explicitly stated, the item is sold as-is. The commencement date for the warranty is the date of purchase.

3.Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. If we have received payment and have not been able to process an order within 10 (ten) business days, we will automatically issue a refund.

Sales tax is required for all purchases shipped to a SD address.

Items paid for online but picked up locally will require the state-issued photo ID that exactly matches the name on the credit card that was used to make the purchase.

Credit Card Fraud: For your protection and ours, we take credit card fraud very seriously. Orders that appear fraudulent may be suspended for manual review. As necessary, we may call you to verify the order; if we are unable to contact you within a reasonable amount of time, we reserve the right to cancel the order. This manual review may delay the processing, shipping, and delivery of the order.

4.Local Pickup:
The individual picking up an item must have state-issued photo ID that exactly matches the name on the credit card used to purchase the item online.

5.Returns:
In the event the customer experiences a DOA or failure during the warranty period (for items not sold as-is), it is the customer's responsibility to contact us via EMAIL prior to the expiration of that warranty period. Once contacted, an RMA will be issued authorizing the return of the material. The customer then has 7 (seven) days to ship the item in question to us. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise in writing by us. The commencement date for a warranty is the date of purchase.

If the customer decides to return an item for reasons other than those covered by the warranty (if not sold as-is), a 25% restocking charge may be applied. All returns must include all accessories, labels, stickers, packaging materials unless stated otherwise in writing by us. Serial number tracking and other part identification means are utilitized to prevent fraud. If serial numbers are altered, illegible, or otherwise appear tampered with, or if we have reason to believe the part is not the part shipped by us, we reserve the right to refuse the return and any applicable warranty is void. The item must be returned in it's original condition. (Scratches, dents, customer-applied stickers, dirt, spills, viruses, and similar customer-induced changes to the items condition are not covered by the warranty and may be cause for the warranty to be void).

Compatibility:
It is the customers ultimate responsibility to verify an item is compatible with their intended use of it. We will provide part numbers, revision numbers, etc and encourage customers to ask questions as needed to get the details they need prior to purchase. Returns due to incompatibility will be on a case by case basis and may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

6.Shipping:
Shipping times estimated do not include order processing time, which is typically within 24 hrs during normal business days (Monday through Friday mid-afternoon). Processing times may be longer due to weather, holidays, scheduling, etc. Time critical orders should contact us to verify processing time. Sales and Shipping limited to continental 48 United States.
